The product delivery was on time and I appreciated the well packed product. The installation of the product is done by Godrej. The technician arrived on time and they product installation was very smooth. He explained the operating mechanism and how to download and connect to the mobile app. The product has lesser features, especially on the mobile app, as compared to competitors. Hence giving 4 star which would have otherwise been a 5 star. But The performance is excellent so far. The lock is working well and is a boon to managing access.

Product was very good. It was quite easy to understand the features and all the process . Installation was very exceptional it was very good . The security of this lock is keyless wireless fully automatic you can also set password I like it very much . Value for money I loved it .
