I have lived in a flat for 6 months, and there has always been a loft hatch which I have not even thought about entering. On one quiet friday evening, me and my housemate decided to try and venture into the unknown. We noticed that a special key was required to enter, so we decided to pursue this key as we couldn't hold back to excitement of entering the mysterious hatch. This is where we stumbled upon a big problem, we had no key. We decided to be innovative, we took out a wooden spoon from the kitchen and a sharp knife and proceeded to carve a square shaped key out of the wooden handle of the spoon. This seemed to be going very well indeed until we tested it out. It snapped instantly upon turning the new wooden key we just spent hours making. Distraught and feeling lost, we didn't know where to go. We both went back to our respective bedrooms to ponder our next move. Where do we go from here? what is in the hatch that is being kept so secret from us? Then it hit me, like a bolt of lightning. I headed right here to Amazon and found the holy grail itself, this key. Using my free trial of Amazon Prime, which is a god send itself, I ordered the key. I woke up on the next saturday morning gleaming with joy of what the day could bring. I just couldn't wait for my delivery. The buzzer went on the door, and I rushed down to collect my package from the very friendly courier driver. I think he could tell how much this meant to me. I thanked him and he went on his way, not knowing how much he just changed someones life. I opened the package and the key gleamed in the midday sun like an Elder Scrolls sky shard. I went to the loft hatch, it fit like a glove. I twisted it and to my delight, the loft hatch opened!

Not as in the photo, or the same as I last bought it.I usually cut the taper to fit a 1962 MkII BR railway carriage; heritage Steam railwayThis one is not tapered!I will try it on Tuesday and see if it will open the door.

Well, what a superfast service. This seller is second to none. . Just great when I was at my wits end on how I could get into the communual electric cupboard to read the meter.. I am a landord but have an agent.. yet nobody could find a key to fit.... I had tried so many things including buying different kind of keys , trying pliers, screwdrivers, all sorts....but none were long engough or the right width, etc... I took a pun on this seller and they turned up absolute trumps.... not only a key that worked but superfast drlivery too. I message the company to say thanls for the superfast delivery and said I was going to order 2 more, one for myself and one for my agents... who you would think they should have one...so no excuses now! This seller is fantastic and yet again failed to disappoint... superfast delivery again...well before expected date, albeit it may mot always be possible during this Pandemic... but would highly recommend and will definitely use again and again. Thank you so much for clearing my headache.... you deserve huge success albeit these are exceptional times. But huge, huge thank you. I hope your business comes out of this surreal time and still trading, as you would be a huge miss. Thanks again and stay safe.

Simplicity itself. If you have access panels, this should open them for you and looks a lot more prepared than jamming two large flat blade screwdrivers in the hole and jiggling them about while up a ladder. If the two screw drivers are your last resort, you are no better than the contractor who turned up without the proper tools to access the job.

Daughter brought a house and the key to the loft hatch was missing. Brought this for her and it’s the perfect tool for the job.

Does what it says on Box but the 2nd one I ordered would be nice.
