I chew sugarless gum most of the time. I enjoy the peppermint flavor that this provides. It is a good serving size. Often I just want one, sometimes too.

I love this gum! It's sugar-free and uses xylitol, which is supposedly better for your dental health. But I love it for its flavor - such a fresh clean taste! - and for the longevity of the gum. Some sugar-free gum is good for about three seconds, maybe five minutes... but THIS gum seems to last for a much longer time. I've begun buying this on repeat, should probably get a subscription. It's a big deal for a gum snob like me to have found a gum that I love so much - it's my favorite, and I continue to find it better than any other.
