At first impressed; with the actually salt lamp itself. Large, heavy and amazing quality. Extremely beautiful! Unfortunately the part where the bulb sits was broke and appeared they sent what is supposed to be the correct bulb but was far too skinny to screw in. Emailed seller & customer services. I explained I didn’t want to send the whole item back just a new cable and correct bulb (not much bother about the bulbs as they’re easily enough to get - but that’s besides the point).They said they can not offer part product replacement neither can they offer an exchange for a fully equipped product. I would have to send the whole item for refund and purchase again. What a ball ache and so close to Christmas.I have just had to super glue it together, and find light bulbs somewhere else. I will then have to fib to her and say I was clumsy rather than it arrived like that, and it wasn’t worth the effort of sending packages about just because they don’t offer replacement/exchange.Despite this, the actually salt rock it self is lovely and authentic!! Don’t be put off purchasing from this review as breakages can happen anytime. I just wasn’t pleased with that let alone the unsatisfactory outcome.

I have already got a smaller 2-3kg salt lamp that has now been moved to my bedroom. I was surprised to find one this size and wondered if it was perhaps a bit too big. I needn't have worried because from base to tip it is about 14" tall and uses the same E14 bulb as the smaller lamp. I love the warm glow the lamp gives off. It feels cosy, especially on cold winter nights! It is 10-12kg in weight so be careful when lifting. Highly recommend, great value for money! :)

i knew I wanted to get a salt rock lamp for my best friends birthday but after reading numerous reviews on a number of different companies' lamps I began hesitant and fearful, peoples bulbs would burst and become irreplaceable, some just wouldn't turn on. I chose to take the chance and test it myself just to be sure before wrapping it for my friend.it arrived on time and well packaged, my only con was that the sticker for the price and delivery details was on the immediate packaging meaning i'd have to rip it off in order to hide the price myself causing it to look a little ugly, also ruining the aesthetic was some black tape running along the edges where thebox/s flaps were folded in however I knew this was for the safety of the product and so didn't mind.the light was fast,easy and oddly fun to put together and after turning it on I was delited to find the light worked and was so gorgeous, my friend loved it and even her parents complemented it .I am very satisfied and it was well worth my money.

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas as she one and only request was she wanted a salt lamp. I was mostly surprised by the weight of this thing, and then by how absolutely beautiful it looked when it came out the box! Definitely great value for money and looks really good for the price.It didn't come with a bulb but that wasn't the end of the world as it was easy enough to pick one up. definitely adds a lovely calming hue to the room and with the nice little on/off switch that can sit on the bedside table its great for accessibility. would definitely recommend this!

The light was lovely but not pink, even after a quick check it that it still worked but definitely orange all the time on or off. I was extremely upset and embarrassed to give it as a home warming gift. The box as shown with the light in sellers ad, was damaged and sqashed. It had been handled so badly that even the protection cardboard and polystyrene in side the box had been damaged.

Went for the larger size, and because of this the bulb doesn’t quite light up the top of the salt lamp.It a natural product which has been cut at an angle so it doesn’t sit straight and needs to be positioned carefully. It was a gift for someone in the household so I was able to see it being opened, not sure where it had been stored before delivery as the base of the box was very damp as was the wooden base of the lamp. Although this dried out fine in a day or so. Having said this, it’s a great size and at night gives a lovely warm relaxed feel to the room.

My first purchase was damaged in transit, so I contacted the seller and eventually they provided me with a replacement. The salt lamp is a good size and each one is unique so they have different fault lines and colouring through them. The little bulb warms the salt up so don't cover it or put it in a tight space. Obviously the healing benefits of these are disputed, but I just like the colour of the light they give out it's soothing.

What a gorgeous lamp. It is a fantastic weight and size and for that reason it is amazingly good value. It is a quality light and came very well-packed. I purchased spare lights because the seller does not make it very clear that a bulb is included. Seller please will you amend your description to make this feature clear. I kept the bulbs though as spares as I don't know how long they last. But this lamp is an enormous size and weight and I am knocked out by the low price which certainly does not reflect its quality. I bought it as an Xmas pressie for someone who suffers from eczema and improvement to air quality and health. The lamp has a rocker switch which is convenient but the only thing slightly against it - and this is a tiny tiny tiny against - is that the lead is quite short.
