Easy to use. Good sound.
I am a fan of Plantronics. Had another earpiece bluetooth that lasted for years. I am very pleased with the change they made that you turn on and off from the top so you don't inadvertently activate it.. Really great sound and it sits in my ear very comfortably without fear of it falling out of my ear.Thanks,Laura

Don't just don't
Product slowly quit working over time. Got the 2 year protection program. BOTH a complete utter WaStE!Trying to file warranty....run run runaround....

Audio quality very good
The audio quality is excellent. Even in a convertible with top down and external noise you can hear very well and the other party on the line can hear you! The charge lasts about 6 hours of talk time which is good. Ear pieces are generally a little uncomfortable, for me in particular however I can wear this for many hours. I would buy it again.

Missing the different size ear pieces
These are pricey but I love Plantronics and have been through a few of these. They used to come with 3 size ear buds but this one only had 1 with an ear clip. The piece doesn't fit right so what do I do? I pay for quality but if this is how we resort to cutting cost a small piece of silica then I'm out.

Seller does not stand behind product
This earpiece performed normally for 8 weeks and then had no sound. Connection with phone was still good and battery fully charged. The normal beeps heard whille depressing volume or others buttons was not present either. This seller DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! This seller refused to offer any help what so ever.

Faulty set
Product received is faulty and could not be charged. attempted to do a return but was told to prepare return shipping on my own and the shipping cost is almost the value of the item itself that I am returning. I think this is absurd and should be paid for by the supplier as it is deterring victims like myself from filing a refund due to cost of return.
