Poor presentation. Doesn’t look new
This has just arrived in really bad condition. Looks like it has been on the shelf a while and I have ordered this as a gift. The packaging from amazon was fine but the actual product isn’t.

Poor Shipping Packaging
The Cottage Delight gift box arrived without any padding in the shopping box which meant the gift box looked in poor condition with damaged and split corners. I have sampled the Cottage Delight products so know they are good quality but the means of shipping is not well thought through.

Great gift
Bought this for my father's birthday. As I couldn't see him due to covi 19.I wanted to send him something to cheer him up and also some treats to eat. He was delighted with it and he and my mother are enjoying the contents which they have said taste wonderful.
