Super disappointed. Can't believe what I opened. Looks like they sent me one that some else received, put together or tried to put together and sent it back. Holes didn't line up so hardly any of the screws would go in. I said it's going outside anyway so I was going to pull out my drill and redrill the holes and also repaint. But then I though about how much I spent on this. I should have to do any of that. Sending this one back and going to try and reorder another one to see if I can get one that does t look used and also can be out together wtithout me having to pull out drills and welders. Smh

The product was damaged and scratched right out of the box and there were no instructions so I had to guess at how to assemble. Luckily, there aren’t many pieces and it’s fairly simple to put together if you play with the pieces long enough... that is, assuming the pieces are actually fitting together. I bought this for my husband as a surprise gift and had hoped to double the surprise by assembling it all by myself and surprising him with the big reveal when he got home from work. What actually happened was I took over an hour figuring out what goes where, asking neighborhood kids to hold one of the sides up while I struggled with forcing a square peg into a round hole. Then once my husband got home, he had a good laugh but then had to set to work tightening screws & bolts on his own gift.It is pretty when it’s in good condition, I’m sure, and it seems useful. It’s just not 4-5 star review.

Got mine open box from Amazon warehouse. Couldn’t beat the price, so went for it. Fits ~1/4 cord, probably a little less.Reviews saying lack of instructions = non mechanical people. The only thing to watch out for is that the top two hoops connect to each other, so they need to be installed so the two bolt holes line up. Beyond that, extremely simple to put together.Great overall!

I think this is my first 1 star review ever. Unassembled poles were all severely scratched. Fit of poles for assembly is loose and sloppy. Hardware (bolts and nuts) are cheap, Philips’s head, and strip easily due to nylock nuts. Hardware is silver, unit is black. Bolts stick out and are a scratch/cut hazard. Overall, the rack looks and feels cheap. The only positive is the cover seems decent.

This product was annoying to assemble and has glitches with use:1 - There are no labels for orientation of pieces - takes much trial and error (or luck).2 - All bolts in the package were the same size (item list indicated 3 different sizes) - luckily we have stray bolts around the house.3 - The cover is sewn to fit the shape of the hoop. On initial thought this would be nice; however, when placing wood higher than the bottom 1/3 of the hoop, the cover does not fit because the wood is wider than the hoop.Overall: nice idea, poor assembly instructions, limited use.

Cheaply made and doesn't fit together well. There are four pieces that make up the individual hoops. (well 8 pieces, 4 per hoop). As you put these together they are not perfectly curved and cause a tight fit. Where they meet and interlock, the imperfect curve causes gaps on the outer edge. The quality just isn't there for the price they are asking.

Basically- the package included pieces that did not fit together to complete the product. The male and female ends of the parts to make the rings that hold the firewood ended up being all male. As such, the product was not able to be assembled.Not very encouraging considering how basic a product it is...

I am impressed with this item. It is sturdy and looks just like the photos. I was really impressed with this companies promptness. I placed my order at an odd time and they processed my order much more quickly than I expected. As a matter of fact I received my order three days earlier that I was told I would receive it. I would buy from them again.
