Cannot turn on the system using the remote. I have to manually go to the back to turn it on. Touchscreen does not work when integrated with a media player

We bought two of these displays for our church. We purchased both a 65" and a 32". The quality of the picture and build were both excellent. Our first purchase really was plug and play to achieve our desires. What I am most grateful for is their customer service. We had difficulties on our end with our 2nd purchase. The support team worked tirelessly in meeting our needs. They were easy to talk with and offered extensive help until the problem was resolved. We would not hesitate to purchase another one should our needs demand such based on their care as much as the quality of the final product.
