Good question! We will clarify this on the website. From milder to hotter: Jalapeño, Serrano, Habanero If you are new to chiles, start with Jalapeño. In the coming months, we will be offering an even milder Jalapeño, for you and I, that will have the same great crispy taste, just less of a kick --- stay tuned!
