Bought this to help my husband who had eye surgery and needed to stay face down for several days. This was a great option for him to get a little different scenery. We put a tray table under it so he could put his tablet on it and watch stuff. Our daughters have also tried it out with dad giving them back runs and they approve!

Good quality, great price. Purchased for use after retina surgery that requires 24 x 7 face down orientation so retina would heal properly. Comfortable for multi-hour use. Only complaint is that the head piece is a bit wobbly even when the tightening knob is fully tight. Buying this plus a face-down pillow for sleeping plus a mirror gives you all the needed items for the retina healing, at a lower price than renting similar equipment. Plus, after the healing, you have a foldable massage chair.

Customer Service is great! This vendor is very honest and easy to deal with. The product was easy to put together and it seems to be the good if you need face down equipment. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a purchase. first, the company assigned the wrong tracking information and listed the package signed for in another state. it then arrived late. once it did arrive there was a big hole in the box that damaged the bag inside. Once I opened it the headrest had velcro literally sticking off it that won't lay back down. there are multiple staples sticking out of the back. and worst of all the two metal pieces that make the seat sturdy don't line up to fit together. I couldn't have a client sit on this safely even if the cushion on the headrest would stay on. the seat won't hold an 80 lb child and is an insurance risk. when I reached out to the company they tried to send me accessories as if that would fix the seat, their return policy states that if the product is damaged or defective they will refund the product and not to ship it back but I'm being told that they will refund me after I ship it back at my own expense of $1507.00, and to ship it back would cost more then the product. what a joke. I'd gladly send back the product if I didn't have to pay for shipping. I'm going to be working directly with Amazon now about it as it's clear they don't care what their policy says.Edit: after going back and forth for 3 weeks with Amazon with multiple agents telling me that Amazon would take full responsibility after the investigation and fully refund me I was told today that no that's not an option and they will only give me a $50 credit. This process has been the worst experience I have had with a company. I don't like to return items and I'm willing to work with companies but to receive one that is damaged, defective, and late to be told "too bad" is poop and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. this was for work not for fun, and has limited my time and availability with my clients. I hope Amazon kicks this seller off. now I have to take it to the dump and pay for it to be disposed of.

OK for the price, head rest lock keeps breaking or bending the holding pin ( I've had to replace headrest once and come up with a fix the second time), not a tight turn either- other than that ok quality for the price

It is firm, sturdy and comfortable. I would recommend it. Value for money, light weight and functional.
