Love this oven, but loved the support I got from “Our Place” even more. Baking sheet had scratches from packaging, and air fry basket dented. Reached out to customer support and sent picture of baking sheet….replacements sent immediately!Also, was worried about timer after reading some reviews. Should be in the manual, so I will share what another person reported in their review……if want to set timer for less than 10 minutes, you need to turn dial past 10 min mark then turn down to desired time.So far really enjoying this oven, and decided to purchase the 3 year protection plan for $33 for peace of mind.Have had oven now for just a few weeks and have cooked bacon, chicken wings, steak, and carnivore tortillas.No complaints so far…. Will update in the future if any changes.

I love it cooks all my food quickly!I have bought so many and tried so many air fryers but I wanted something that is non toxic and that can bake, roast , reheat etc. The food comes out perfect every time I also love the little piece where I can add a bit of water if I want to roast something. I also love the color and size bit too big it’s a great size!

We've had this product a few months and love how universal it is. I prefer cooking with a toaster oven, over an actual oven and this is perfect. All the products are easy to clean and have had no issues in the dishwasher. I also like that I can choose a color of the toaster oven and not just 2 basic ones.

**updated: didn't have the assurion instance, but the item does have a 1 year warranty. I emailed them directly and they actually responded super quick. Looks like our issue is known, and they really want to fix it. They provided me options to choose from and I'm really happy with the outcome. Not sure what will happen if this issue occurs again, but their warranty page states that the 1 year warranty starts on the original purchase, and doesn't restart on the replacement purchase.I'm sure they saw the negative feedback from others about unresponsive warranty department, but at least in my case they're very responsive. I'm increasing the stars from 3 to 4.**Rose colored glasses, I wanted to love this so bad, and I'm just sad and disappointed. We're past the return window so we'll probably have to file a claim. After a week, the bell stopped dinging. A few more weeks go by and it's starting to vibrate and make noises that it wasn't before.I wish the door had some sort of seal. I've always added water to my air fryers, but this is a first where there's a dedicated space for that water. However, the steam collects on the door, drips down, and collects on our countertop. It's warm enough that it's caused stains on our quartz.Never had to worry about it before, but we have a cheap wood cutting board permanently under this now.Is it worth the price tag? For me, no. Not with the problems we've had. But I like having the peace of mind knowing it's stainless steel and not coated in chemicals.Do yourself a favor if you get this. Grab the warranty.

I get aestestic, functionality, and peace of mind from this oven! The color choices are great, I chose the blue. I am happy to know that the materials of the oven, racks, and trays are all non toxic. I debated which size to get as I mostly cook for only my husband and I but I am glad I got the larger size oven. For example, one cut up medium zucchini took all of the large air fry tray area.

I love it! I bought the bigger size one. I love the heat come for top and bottom, make cooking much better. I like the most is it is not too noisy. I have two different types of air fryer, they are very noisy, and I hate to use them. the tray and racks come with the cooker are very good quality. highly recommend.

This oven/air fryer is perfect for 2 people or small family. You can toast bread, use as an air fryer or an oven. Perfect small size to fit in a small kitchen. I was able to combine my toaster oven and air fryer into 1 appliance. Love it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This little oven works well for preparing food for 1-2 people. I have never used an air fryer before and was happy this was an option. I cooked up batches of French fries, chicken breast and salmon bites. Everything came out crispy and delicious. Bake and roasting functions also did well though you have to ensure that you are using smaller cuts of meat and nothing too greasy/juicy due to the shallow roasting pan. toast came out uneven and I did not notice much difference with the steam function when reheating rolls/bread. The compact size is great for small kitchens with limited counter space. This appliance is a good alternative to using a full size oven and does not overheat the kitchen. Oven and pans are very easy to clean. So far I am pleased with the performance of the Wonder Oven.
