Fast delivery and Golf Cart is better than expected.
Received our Kandi Golf Cart one day earlier than expected (from Dallas to Florida). The golf cart came fully charged and had a QC list of items checked (PDI) before shipment. Looks brand new with no damage from shipping at all. Came with the charging cord, instructions, and QR code for watching a video on how to use it. We are very happy and pleased with the purchase and operation of the Kandi Golf Cart.

Love my new cart
So far so good we’ve only had it a week and so far no issues. Delivery was great and as advertised A Truck and a tow truck to offload it delivered the golf cart no charge. There are a lot of golf carts in our community and everyone notices and comments on this one. Will keep you updated, but so far we love it

Customer service is nonexistent
Purchase the 48V cart for a late Christmas present. Never got to use it because the batteries were stolen. Coleman didn’t have the knowledge/replacement parts, so I was sent to Kandi to obtain the information/parts. Two months later and I still don’t have a functioning cart. MULTIPLE calls to Kandi have only resulted in multiple unfulfilled promises of calls and emails… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/BRAND.

Cart is Wonderful; Kandi Support Sucks
My 12v died 6 months into use of the cart. I purchased a replacement out of pocket because I couldn’t get Kandi to respond or answer how to get this fixed or replaced.Overall, my twins love this golf cart. We go for rides all the time. I wish it had a tow ball to be able to pull things or attachments for the front.
