Warranty goes to a dead email (at least for Baltic region)
TL;DR Earbuds are ok but warranty is not real.When my left earbud went silent I wrote to support. Apparently I wrote to Americana support and that is wrong one... so I was to forward my inquiry to some other partner, then to some other finally ending up at email that is literally dead. If you write to it you get back a message from MS exchange server that it does not exist or is typoed....Oh by the way I got my country "Lithuania" misspelled during the process by one of the reps.

Stopped working in one ear after a 3-4 months usage
Good sound and Bass. Worked perfectly fine out or the box. But however after a few months (3-4) no sound on one side of the headphones. And the Audio jack at the phone end has issues too. Disappointed when it comes from a leading brand to have such issues. Hope they could reach out and fix this issue.
