I have a Pixel 2 XL and this product works to some extent for the Pixel 2 XL. That is, it can be used and does charge the phone.Pros:Excellent quality of material and workmanshipVery stableThe rubber anti-slip bottom does an excellent job of preventing the charger from slipping on most surfaces.Cons:The cable is too shortThe cable does not support rapid/quick Charging on the Pixel 2XLfor a pixel without a case, the screw at the back does not push out the back far enough. As a result the phone tilts back a bit such that the USB plug on the charger and the USB socket on the phone are a bit stressed.The phone is a bit unstable (lateral movement) and this movement can cause additional stress on the USB C connector of the phone. I think the design should be improved such that there is horizontal support that extend to the side of the USB plug at least as wide as the base of this product, such that when a phone is plugged in, it is for the most part resting on this support rather than on the USB plug. This will reduce the stress on the USB C socket of the phone.Since the cons affect my use of this product, I'm giving it 3 stars.

I'm giving this item 4 stars for now. The initial one I received didn't last a week. However, once the seller found out about the demise, I was offered another. I've had the second for more than a week, & it works great so far. The shipping of the second one didn't take long for me to receive.I must add, too, that the seller also trouble shot the device & kept in contact with me via email on a regular basis. If this one lasts, I will edit this review later. After 1 week & a few days of smooth operation, I do recommend this device. It is fast charging!

I use this for my Pixel 2. The fit is perfect once the back plate is adjusted. And, it performs a fast charge when connected to my PC (which also allows me to access the phone's files from my Windows 10 PC).The only thing that I have an issue with is that you have to be careful when mounting the phone. If you miss the connector, you can easily end up scratching the bottom front of your phone. I think if an insulated lip was added to the front of this connector, it would help guide the phone when trying to connect.If this continues to serve me well, I'll probably get one for the office too.UPDATE: Upon close inspection, I discovered that my Pixel 2 NOT being fast charged with this stand. And I mistakenly bought a second one for work too. My apologies for the misinformation, and to anyone who purchased this product based on my review.

This is a very cool looking charge stand and make for a nice bedside or desktop charger. It's got a little heft to it and is very stable. The fit and finish is nice and it looks really sharp.The picture attached is with my Samsung S8 Plus with a VERY thin case attached. With a thicker case you can adjust the back side to allow the phone to mount straight in.I do wish the cable was of the plug in type, not hard wired, in case it ever gets a short, but I don't think that'll be much of a risk as you're likely not moving this around much.Overall it's a pretty slick looking phone dock and is quite stable.

The stand is great quality, very solid and sleek looking. However, the USB Type A to C cable included with it is junk. It will only charge at slow speeds, so I tried replacing it with my own OEM charger and cable to achieve full speed charging with Power Delivery (you can remove the padding at the bottom and reattach). There, I ran into another problem - the included cable is very thin, and my OEM Pixel XL cable would not fit. I ordered another set of Type C to C cables, and they were also too thick. So, it's very difficult to make this stand into a proper, fast-charging solution. I have no choice but to send it back.

The product works as intended. It's nice but be mindful it won't work if you have certain cases protecting your phone. For example I have the lifeproof case for my S8 and the pocket to place the charger in is too deep. A little modification to the charger and it works but it doesn't look pretty.UPDATE: The seller contacted me after my review. They obviously care about their product and the charger is a good deal so I have upgraded to 5 stars. Just check your port depth when using a case or you can modify it like i did.

I desperately needed a charging stand so I took my chance on this dock. Now I am such a happy camper as this dock works well and fit my budget. It looks modern and feels stable. One con is that you cannot change the viewing angle but I rarely watch videos on my phone while charging as my phone can get hot very quickly.Currently, I don't have any initial concerns about durability. I bought this because my phone doesn't seem to charge well when plugged into a regular charging cord. The stand provides the gravity resistance to allow it to charge. This cord does not do a rapid charge, and is integrated into the stand, so it cannot be swapped out for another. I dont have an issue with that, but it's worth noting.
