Gloves are great, not bulky, they stay tight so no flopping around during my kick boxing workouts. Thumb hole was a lil snug but stretched to what I needed after a couple uses; it was never a distraction. My hands are 7” long from tip of middle finger to start of wrist, & 4” wide across the palm to the outside of my bottom thumb knuckle (if that makes sense!) I reviewed a lot of options & glad I chose these.

These are 1lb weight and great for a class I take. I would like a smaller size, they fit a bit loose so when I’m working out I get sweaty and have to grip them a bit more than is comfortable.

I had a pair similar to these, but after years of love, they wore out and had to be replaced. These are perfect and they come in a very neat clear plastic zippered container with a handle that you can keep them in. I am wearing them when I walk. Great way to add additional weight to my arms while exercising. Thank you!

I saw it seems mostly women reviewed these. Wasn't sure if they were just for women or not.I'm a man with typical man hands, size large men's glove. The first time I tried them I had them snugand the Velcro perfectly overlapped each side. I realized I had them too tight. After awhile, like others mentioned,I had a little of the thumb numbness going on but it wasn't crazy bad. I adjusted them to fit looser and that took care of that.I now wear them with the Velcro only making half the contact and the stay on great. They are much better worn loose.Used them now for about an hour a day doing various exercises, 4 or 5 days a week for7 weeks and they are holding up very well. The loose fit is ideal for me andI'll be getting the 2lb pair very soon. If you are a man with x-large hands they might be too tight.

These appear to be well made gloves and does enhance my cardio workouts with a little extra resistance. My biggest issue is the fit. My previous workout glove had a bit more stretch and give. These are super snug and I can barely fasten the velcro. I would have probably benefited if there was an XL size. My hands aren’t massive but my boxing and weighlifting gloves are XL and these could be a bit larger or available in multiple sizes for comfort.

These allow near total use of your hands, so you can wear them until you forget they're on.My back pain went away after a few days walking with these everywhere.I can get six-pack abs on my walks by swinging my arms diagonally. (Start standing with both arms bottom front and left, bring both high to top right, move hands to the top left, then bottom right, etc.)*Six packs are more about force delivery of your extremeties than core strength.By flailing these around all the time for months, my body is overall much harder.

I have been looking for a good pair of weighted gloves and these are great! Normally, I wouldn't like the fluorescent green color but right now, the color is right up my alley. The price was right and the style was exactly what I wanted.
