The product works fine, but you must remove the inner pouch every time you heat it up. Instructions after I received the product said to remove the inner bag before heating, because the outer material would be degraded from microwaving it. The slot (area for removal) on the outer material is smaller than the inside pouch which makes it a pain to remove and replace properly, especially as it is hot. Other than that it was a great price and works good.

I love these! I bought then for our whole Night Shift for nurses week, they all loved them, they smell great and see durable. Definitely cannot beat the price for what you get.

My warming mask works super well... in fact, the padding is so heavy on my eyes that it holds the heat REALLY in there... and at 45 seconds in the microwave (as per instructions), I think it might actually be a tad too hot 🥵.Also, I could do without the lavender scent, which is frankly kind of overpowering, especially that close to my face. But the product does work very well. Pleased, overall. I would recommend it 😁

The weight of the mask feels good on puffy eyes

Feels so nice when you heat it up and use for even just a 30 minute nap, very relaxing but make sure not to heat any hotter than 35 seconds in your microwave. Love the fact this one has a cover that can be washed that’s why I chose this particular one.
