A ton of moss for super cheap!
I got the smallest size intending to only use a bit for a bioactive isopod tank i have but gosh..Even though it was only like $4-$6 when i bought it, you get SO much. I truly didn't expect it haha. Since i was using it for pets i did boil, rinse, then bake my moss to kill any potential pests but honestly? It probably would have been just fine! Great moss for super cheap :)

Helping A 12 year old Orchid
I have an orchid that is neigh on 12 years old. Since applying this brand of moss, it seems to be perkier and has grown a new leaf. It hasn't bloomed in a couple of years, but I am hoping that the kid with the moss will promote a blossom. The moss drains well and there is plenty of it in a single package to apply to multiple plants. The quality seems to be top notch.

Was shocked how small it was until I rehydrated it
I was so worried when I looked at how small the size of the package was. I thought I had been scammed. But when I rehydrated it the amount expanded a ton! I am very happy with my purchase.

It really expands once broken up and wet, soaked.
It came in a block, that surprised me however it felt quite hard but was easy to breakup. And it expands alot, when wetting, soaking it. I haven't used it yet but next week I will be using it for my orchids. I did like how I could store it broken in a zip lock bag. Much less space taken up this way.

A lot of material here for at least 2 plants.
This is a good mix for re-potting your Orchids. When i opened the package I thought there was not much material. However, once you break it up and make sure it is well crumbled and loose, there is plenty. I suggest you moisten the material before you insert your plant, this stuff is difficult to manipulate until you do. Afterwards, soak the pot, material and plant in the water for a few minutes, then let the excess water drain off. One of my orchids went into a bit of shock after the move but the other seemed to get a growth spurt. I have no idea how or why but you might expect it. Good luck!

Will last a long time
I mean, it's moss. It rehydrate really well and keeps moisture for my plants. It is A LOT. You only need a small amount and it'll cover your orchid roots. I broke off too much and ended up using for the medium size orchid and cover a number of my plants soil to help with moisture retention. I still have more than half of it left.

It was more than I expected!
This was the first time I make my own moss poles and I was very happy with the moss. It was more than I expected. It worked perfectly for my monstera. Will be making smaller ones for my other plants.

Great! But moldy
This moss is really great for orchids and propagation. Expands quickly and holds moisture well. My one issue is that this particular brand of sphagnum moss grows white mold so much easier and faster than any other kind I’ve used. Harmless stuff but a bit annoying. Regardless, I will probably purchase again in the future. It’s a good amount for the price.
