Warning this food item is highly addictive! I bought these and it is a good thing they come in small individual servings as I love these. I wish they sold these in the grocery store or even better at the warehouse club. Until then I will get these with Amazon Subscribe and Save.I have not noticed any benefit of the fiber but my husband has concerns and I make sure he has one of these a couple times a week.

Delicious but ultimately junk food that will rot ur teeth and body . Just eat oats or bran instead. Save these for a special occasion.

I purchased these based on what most of the feedback was which was that these were very good and fruity. When I tried them for the first time I thought they were just ok nothing all that great like the feedbacks I read made them out to be. I was disappointed that they didn't have a gummy bear-like texture to them because that was the impression I got that they had. The texture is somewhat hard for me to describe. It's not a rubbery gummy bear texture (which is what I like) but more like a gel-like texture or consistency. The flavors are just ok as well. I didn't really taste any super fruity flavors like some of the feedback stated. I bought 3 boxes of these thinking I would love them a lot thus putting a bunch away for future snacks but I decided to give these away to a family member and a friend instead. Because everybody has different taste buds I will not poo-poo this product (least-ways I hope I didn't) but I will say go ahead and try it for yourself. They are not all that bad if you like that gel-like taste. I prefer the gummy bear rubbery texture so, for me personally, I will only give these a 3-star rating. They are ok and you should at least try them out anyway. Now that I know how they taste I will not be purchasing them again but go ahead and see what you think. To each as that saying goes.

Here's the thing... is it delicious? Absolutely. But are you in the health and wellness and high fiber game to get A WOLLOP OF SUGAR!?? lolIts too sugary delicious to be of nutritional good. Those 2 concepts are diametrically opposed. Concepts of healthy fiber meet the villains SUGAR AND FRUCTOSE.(Joker meet Batman, y see what I mean?)ITs like those people who do hot yoga or cycling for an entire hour but the first thing they buy after class is a GRANDE FRAPPUCINO. C'mon people! lolThe struggle is "real" against sugar dominance in our lives and food and this product while delicious and profitable makes it hard for people of good will to avoid cheating ourselves from real knowledge and health progress.

Both of my kiddos noticed no difference between these and their regular gummies. But I think I enjoyed these more because it was a break from all of the super seeet fiber bars. I liked knowing I could get my fiber in with a quick snack.

Of all the fruit gels, this is my favorite. Always soft, always full of fruit flavor. I like that this one contains fiber which I need!
