EZ Melts Dissolvable Zinc Supplement 30 mg, Sugar-Free, 2-Month Supply

I supplement with a lot of zinc melts and/or chewable zinc, especially during cold season and this one is by far the easiest to take. It does not leave a weird feeling/taste in my mouth like the Zicam, drug store generic or health food store types do. These have a pleasant flavor, not too sweet, not strong, and they aren't sugary like the zinc cough drops either, they have a sort of powdery texture that dissolves fast. This one works just as well as the other brands at nipping a sore throat in the bud if you start supplementing as soon as you start feeling that sort of tickle you get in your throat right before it turns in to a full blown sore throat. The only drawback is the price, these are a heck of lot more expensive than the regular drug store brands, BUT you do get more, as well as the benefits of 0 sugar, gluten free and vegan non-gmo if those are things you look for. It also appears to be soy free. Personally, as long as I can afford to buy these I will choose them over the ones I've previously used

Great concept to dissolve for people that don't like to take vitamins it's like chewable baby aspirin although it does not taste as good as the B vitamins which are strawberry flavored it still isn't bad considering and they do melt pretty quickly whoever thought of this idea was a genius.

Even though I take a multivitamin and mineral supplement daily, I like to keep EZ Melts Zinc on hand. At the first sign of a cold, or anything else viral, for that matter, I take EZ Melts Zinc and EZ Melts Vitamin C. The extra zinc and vitamin C seems to really nip anything viral in the bud, and I'm certainly glad of that! I've read reviews that say this product doesn't taste very good. I think it tastes fine, but I think everyone needs to keep in mind the fact that these lozenges aren't candy; they're zinc! I also love the fact that one doesn't absolutely have to drink water after taking any supplement in the EZ Melts line, although I usually do take a sip or two. I travel a lot, and frequent travel across several time zones can weaken the immune system. I'm also a classical singer, so protecting my throat is very important to me. I take EZ Melts Zinc and Vitamin C with me wherever I go, and I can truthfully say I haven't been sick while traveling at all. At least, not in the years I've been using this product. I think these are wonderful for people who want a vitamin they can carry with them and take any time they feel a need for it, or for those who find swallowing very large pills difficult. Many elderly people have this problem, and I've known many young people who do as well. Frankly, based on my own lab tests, I feel far more of a supplement gets into our system if it is allowed to dissolve in the mouth rather than simply swallowing it whole. I'm very grateful for EZ Melts Zinc, and though I eat a very healthy diet filled with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, I'll continue to take supplements from the EZ Melts line.
