Q: What is the size of the pocket? I have a samsung s10lite and want it fully concealed.

My Samsung a50 fits in.......you can just see the top of the phone...hope this helps

Q: Are these gym shorts squat proof ? Are they see thru?

High quality fabric, no see-through at all, and it's very breathable and doesn't feel sultry. It's well covered by high waist when squatting and stretching. Highly recommended!

Q: Would these work well under dresses/skirts?

Yes I wear them under loose skirts. Would probably be visible under a tight fitting skirt though.

I would go for the 12-14. They are super stretchy. I love mine. I’m a 10 and got an 8-10. Hope this helps
