Super cute & fun!
I ordered this for a dress up day (tacky tourist) and it was perfect! Comfortable elastic making it easy to wear for lengthy amounts of time. Does not protect super well from the sun, but would be perfect for a cute beach day look! Value for the money is there and definitely recommend!
