I’ve worked out in it a few times and the amount of sweat with this item on was amazing. I didn’t lose any inches probably due to not being consistent, but it does help me sweat a lot in my abdominal area.

nice fit minus the size runs big. I am 64.5 inches 180lbs and I order a size M; however it is too big so I will be ordering a small in the near future. I am not return it as it still does what I need to it do if I put my workout pants over it to keep it in place. It is not uncomfortable when I run and I am still able to sweat more with it on. Once I stop running it doesn't crawl up so I am good with it.

I honestly hates how it fits me how it feels and the fabric is horrible. I don't know it that's how workout shirts should feel since it was a first time purchase. I had a baby 8 months ago and some belly fat and since I'm home with three kids I figured I'd do everything with it on but it's not comfort. I want to return but maybe just maybe it's suppose to feel like that. Lol I'll wear it this weekend when I help my husband do the lawn. If I sweat a lot I'll change my starts for sure but maybe not the comfort level.

My cousin told me to get this I was a bit skeptical given it was not expensive. I got it and I am so happy I am recommending it to everyone that I know. What I like it makes you sweat however you don't feel the sweat running down on you, once you are home and take it off you will see how much you have sweat. Makes you feel really good. I am not one to sweat so having this and it makes me sweat. I will def recommend it to everyone

Was not fond of this product it was itchy and it doesn’t make you sweat much as I would like it to. It may work better for others.

Ordered this last minute in May 2020. I used it just about everyday. It is now falling apart and will be purchasing another one. It served its purpose and will be going down a size. The vest does make you sweat alot without using any creams. Definitely worth the money spent
