Great tablet for any student or professional
People are usually turned off to the idea of buying "certified refurbished", but I gotta tell ya the deals you get are awesome! This 2 in 1 tablet is awesome. I've had it for 3 days now and I can work on full scale projects for the job as if I'm using my desktop or laptop. I love to sketch and with the pen I'm able to do so more realistically than I could with most cell phone apps. This was a definite win for me. The touch screen is very responsive. Screen quality is great. Very portable. Only issues would be sound, but just plan to add bluetooth earbuds like you most likely already plan to add. Thank you!!

Great as just a tablet also
Great tablet/computer pen didnt work when i received it. I got the warranty with it contacted costumer support they are sending out a replacement. I have noticed some problems with the key board when you go to use the touch pad it will minimize any Windows opened on the screen.Added 3/11/2019 recived the new pen today works great

Great Device
I got this to replace my broken surface pro 3. Which I was very skeptical about to bring with I went for having 128 gb to 32gb but with a SD Card you can gain that back pretty easily. Yes it is 2" Smaller screen but you hardly notice it. Plus I have and Intel i5 processor to a atom Intel. Hmmm yes that was little different not as fast as the surface but works when money is taught and can't buy a surface. This device is great. Love the metal kickstand that it has was ready to use right out of the box. Connects easily to the internet and yes Microsoft Office works as well. Just glad to find a wonderful product.

Great for school
July 2, 2019 Nice tablet but doesn’t like to stay connected to my homes wifi, but does stay connected to my phones hotspot. Not really a computer for movies music or games, it moves really slow when you start doing those things, but this will make a great computer for school.Update** reason I’ve took one star, the charging port doesn’t seem to recognize the charger is plugged in. I have to move the charger in a circular motion ( Gently of course) so it can begin charging. I understand that with age this could happen but in less then a year I don’t believe this should be the case, but very possible so I’ve only removed one star being that durability is low with the charging port.

Much as I hate the evil empire, I understand windows better than android. File access, decent ram and decent storage. Wish MS didn't dump updates on me whenever it got a bug up its OS, but it could be worse. I use it for streaming sports, as a TV more than anything else. Being win/firefox I get good add-ons to block ads that are ubiquitous in sports streams. Battery life is like , wow.The one design flaw I've seen is a potentially weak, breakable power plug. Just be careful, i guess. A right angle adapter if they were available would more robust.The few times I've put the keyboard on it, I found it responsive. Much better than using the touchscreen. Get a BT mouse as I did if that's what you're used to. I'm an "OK Boomer", dos, win 3.1, win 2000 (still running a server) and XPpro, best OS I've worked with. Shame it wasn't updated to accomodate 128bits, multi threading, more ram, multi core and while leaving the same customizable commands. Sorry, I didn't grow up with a phone in my hand, and I hate touchscreens.Looks like they did a good job of refurbishing this one.Pardon the length of the review.

Don’t buy not worth the price
Very disappointed. Couldn’t afford a new laptop. So I thought for what I needed for home this was a great idea. This isn’t the product you want to spend your money on, it is nonreturnable. The mouse pad doesn’t work. The charger heats up to the point of very hot to the touch after 20 minutes. I’m very unhappy with this tablet/laptop. Was so excited to open it. Now I’m just sad that I’m stuck with a 129.00 piece of junk.

GREAT device
I absolutely LOVE my tablet/laptop. The fingerprint scanner is a GOD SEND and is the main reason I purchased this product. Second reason for purchasing this product was for the stylus. Uses 4A battery that was a little hard to locate, but is available at Home Depot.
