This arrived with an enormous crack in the side, rendering it completely useless. I have returned, but worth noting it was clear the crack was due to the product being made from a very flimsy plastic.

Not as described, stuck with it now
Updating this review because this carrier is in no way fit for purpose: A cats paws fit easily through the mesh, making it so this carrier in a size small (recommend for cats) is non-complient with the majority of airline regs. Including the provided I am booked with. Trying to use it has been a total farce, resulting in me missing my flight and losing hundreds of pounds. Do not buy.No idea why sheerness would be relevant as an important factor. This seems sturdy enough but I haven't used it yet so know knows. Everything else is a disappointment so far. The product description for this item is all wrong - the size is wrong, the weight is wrong. It came with instructions that don't match the product (and which I gave to the airline and now... Who knows. They might not let me fly? We leave in three days.)There are no "anti tamper" holes as advertised, there are a bunch of spare unnecessary screws that come with it... So far, it's not looking good.
